Warehouse Solution Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the provision of identifying, moving, disposing of, and auctioning excess, obsolete, or damaged inventory to maximize space and asset recovery.
¬- Solution must be 100% landfill-free and shall include an inventory assessment, categorization, physical relocation, and final disposition (sale, donation, or recycling).
- Identification & Inventory (Assessment)
• The contractor shall conduct a physical audit of goods stored in the warehouse located at state, to determine the condition of stored items.
• Obtain required managerial sign-offs for disposal.
• Develop a schedule for moving items to prevent disruption of active operations.
- Execution and Moving Services
• Move items from the storage to the Contractor’s location for staging and final disposition.
• Perform auctions and or liquidation sales.
• Responsibly dispose of scrap materials, ensuring environmental compliance.
- Closing & Reporting
• Remove disposed items from the inventory system.
• Submit a final report detailing items disposed of, recovery costs, and revenue generated from sales.
