Electronic Data Interchange Software Services

The Vendor is required to provide maintenance of the Utility Payment Section, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Translation Software, Customized Software, Translation Software Maintenance Agreement, Customized Software Maintenance Agreement, and the service of a Value-Added Network (VAN).
- Required to maintain the existing customized software that will reformat the translated EDI 810 file into a flat file for uploading to the Section’s subsystem.
- Need to consider the cost in the evaluation and revision of the translation software output file.
- This maintenance and support services shall include costs for evaluating and revising post-translated files for any changes, which would affect the format of the flat file to be delivered to the sub-system.
- Shall evaluate and revise format changes and then deliver and install any changes and/or revisions to the location of the customized software.
