- The District is seeking a turnkey solution capable of supporting live video transmission, streaming, and content distribution across multiple channels and campus locations.
- Vendors should include all necessary hardware, software, licensing, warranties, support services, installation, and training required for a complete operational system.
- Solution should include, at a minimum:
• Video streaming/transmission platform capable of multi-channel distribution
• Mission critical encoder devices or equivalent
• On-campus and off-campus streaming capability
• Annual service/support plan options
• Installation and user training
• Shipping and delivery costs.
