Visitor Intelligence Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a visitor intelligence platform to help visualize and understand visitor data.
- Dashboard
• Comprehensive, customizable dashboard with ability to pull in other data sources
• API or “partner” dashboard to link to CRM Extranet
• Interactive functionalities
• Provide dynamic visualizations and ability to export data to .pdf, .xls, .csv
- Data Analytics
• Ability to integrate agency-owned data sets.
• Geolocation Data- demonstrate sources and customizable to customer needs (dwell time, POIs vs neighborhood POIs, etc.)
• Sample sizes provided with each data set/report
- Must include all major credit card companies and data provided to identify markets, primary and secondary spending categories, and spending trends year to year.
