Problem Gambling Blocking Software

The Vendor is required to provide the ability to block legal and illegal internet-based gambling applications and websites on all personal devices, including mobile phones, tablets and computers.
- Project is to design, develop, implement, and maintain a gambling blocking software solution that enables individuals to voluntarily restrict access to legal and illegal gambling-related platforms across digital environments.
- The blocking software shall provide participants with the ability to configure what gambling-related content is blocked and the duration of those blocks.
- The blocking software will:
• Block access to all new and current gambling websites, applications, and services on a continuous basis,
• Provide the ability for individual participants to configure blocked gambling content and block the length of duration periods during sign up should the commission allow
• Support voluntary self-exclusion and recovery-oriented behavior,
• Operate across multiple devices and platforms,
• Integrate with existing responsible gambling, prevention, and treatment efforts in state,
• Provide reliable, tamper-resistant blocking controls,
• Protect user privacy and data security,
• Provide on-demand reporting of the following data points, at a minimum:
o Sign up information
1. Date and time
2. Block duration and content
o User demographic information.
