The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive cloud-based educational software platform and related professional services designed to support:
• Assessment administration and assessment content;
• Benchmarking and analytics;
• MTSS management and intervention tracking;
• Data warehousing and reporting;
• Coaching and consulting;
• Professional development;
• AI component for working with student data, benchmarking and MTSS
• Parent engagement and communication; and
• Alignment to the standards.

• Be fully cloud-based/SaaS;
• Be accessible through standard web browsers;
• Provide role-based access permissions;
• Support district-level, school-level, teacher-level, parent level, and student-level access;
• Meet all applicable student data privacy and security requirements;
• Include ongoing software updates and maintenance; and
• Provide technical support services.

• Allow staff to create items by copying and pasting from word processing documents or other files;
• Allow authors with no HTML knowledge to create/add items;
• Use external graphics software packages for the construction of assessment items;
• Allow question text to be enhanced with underline, bold, italics, superscripts, subscripts, fractions, etc.
• Allow for mathematical equations, graphics editors, and other equation editing capabilities;
• Include source, copyright designation, and permission documentation for assessment items and their prompts;
• Prohibit the modification of an item if copyrighted;
• Keep all assessment items linked to passages grouped together and presented in the same order (if desired); and
• Track individual questions to specific units, objectives, activities, pacing guide, or instructional focus calendar.
