SCADA Services

The Vendor is required to provide supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) computer system for the department.
- Provide all labor, including travel and per diem, parts, permits/licenses supplies, no consumable materials, transportation, equipment, and all item of necessary expense to perform preventative maintenance, calibration, inspection and repair services on the supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) computer system and flow meter maintenance, calibration, and repair services for the department
- Complete functional check.
- Make sure all changes to the system are fully documented and drawings are updated.
- Maintain inventory list of spare parts to ensure spare parts are available as needed.
- Repair any immediate system faults.
- Provide training.
- Ensure system is functioning properly.
- Radio output power testing, antenna reflectance testing, antenna alignment, and test and verify antenna cable and connectors condition and replace as needed.
- Update software and programming.
- Update patches on SCADA workstations.
- Provide report of system performance and problems encountered.
- Provide certification of calibration of system.
- Provide service report following maintenance and repair service visits.
