Early Literacy Intervention Tool

The Vendor is required to provide high-quality early literacy intervention tools that utilize automated, computerized, or other augmented methods to support early reading skills.
- Communicate to districts the specific IT requirements that will help Authorized Users access the product without delay, such as network infrastructure, internet connectivity, bandwidth, hardware, software, and firewall settings.
- This data will be used for performance management and analysis purposes and shall be tailored to the following audiences:
• Teacher/instructor
• Instructional supervisor
• Principal
• Principal supervisor
• District superintendent/cabinet (which might be the same as principal supervisor)
• School board (reports designed for school board members)
• Statewide rollup of data (for authorized agency users only)
- The data included must give insight into the degree to which the research backed fidelity indicators are being met by students. Examples of included data are student logins, minutes completed, lessons completed, etc. These reports shall be available to the above audiences on demand in real time.
- Provide ongoing, differentiated implementation support to assigned districts, including sufficient staffing to monitor data, support usage, and assist districts in meeting required access and usage thresholds.
- Ensure that product/materials include built-in accessibility features to support access and usage by all students, including those with disabilities.
- Adhere to accessibility standards and regulations, such as the ADA.
- Provide guidance on how common student accommodations can be provided within the product.
- District onboarding and student rostering complete within a month of district being assigned to contractor and prior to activating licenses / prior to providing product intervention materials for products that are not fully automated or computerized
- Annual product training delivered within a month of district being assigned to contractor and prior to activating licenses / prior to providing product intervention materials for products that are not fully automated or computerized.
