- Currently manages a portfolio of more than 250 real estate leases and agreements, including leases for ground, office, retail, and other specialty-use properties, and is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the procurement and implementation of a lease management and accounting solution that provides robust reporting capabilities and ensures a high degree of reporting accuracy, including the ability to generate accurate, timely, and customizable reports to support financial planning, compliance, and strategic portfolio decision-making.
- Platform that offers intuitive, user-friendly functionality, along with sufficient flexibility to enable efficient tracking of critical lease data, minimize manual work, reduce the risk of data entry errors, and enhance productivity among staff and management.
