Lease Management and Accounting Solution

The Vendor is required to provide a lease management and accounting solution.
- Currently manages a portfolio of more than 250 real estate leases and agreements, including leases for ground, office, retail, and other specialty-use properties, and is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the procurement and implementation of a lease management and accounting solution that provides robust reporting capabilities and ensures a high degree of reporting accuracy, including the ability to generate accurate, timely, and customizable reports to support financial planning, compliance, and strategic portfolio decision-making.
- Platform that offers intuitive, user-friendly functionality, along with sufficient flexibility to enable efficient tracking of critical lease data, minimize manual work, reduce the risk of data entry errors, and enhance productivity among staff and management.

• Enable automated tracking and reporting of key lease terms, critical dates, financial obligations, and end users of space
• Ensure data and financial accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
• Integrate lease information and rent / payment obligations with other University wide business processes to support accurate and timely payments and operational efficiency.
