The Vendor is required to provide blinklink® subscription renewals with associated maintenance and support services.
- Functional specifications:
• Blinklink® is a cloud-based event management and traffic device monitoring software developed to support smart city infrastructure.
• Its key features include remote monitoring, real-time alerts, interactive map view, data and diagnostics, and device integration.
- Installation and configuration:
• Subscription renewals only; equipment, installation, initial setup, and configuration services are excluded.
• Procure new blinklink® system subscriptions through separate contract(s).
• Subscriptions must be district specific and based on the selected service level and the type and number of system(s).
- Maintenance and support:
• Standard product maintenance and support services included with the standard subscription license, such as annual updates, patches, and fixes required to maintain functionality.
• Additional or enhanced maintenance and support options, if available
• Follow the agreed-upon patching and upgrade process and department cab procedures.
• Comply with all written approvals and requirements, when performing software maintenance and support activities.
• Support documentation, to include but not limited to: support policies, FAQs, support SLAs, online guides.
