The Vendor is required to provide implemented the bright space learning management system (LMS) in 2011 as a hosted solution to support teaching and learning across the institution. Since that time, LMS usage has expanded significantly in both scale and complexity, supporting fully online, hybrid, and face-to-face instructional modalities.

• Provide intuitive, efficient course design workflows that minimize unnecessary steps and reduce the number of clicks required to complete common tasks
• Support rapid course development and reuse, including templates, course copying, course merging, and modular design
• Enable consistent, institutionally branded course templates that can be adopted by faculty while allowing appropriate flexibility
• Offer clear navigation structures that promote consistency across courses for students
• Provide tools for instructional design support, including collaboration between faculty and instructional designers
• Allow institutions to define and promote best practices for course layout, accessibility, and organization
- Faculty Experience – Teaching & Instruction
• Support efficient day-to-day teaching workflows, including grading, communication, feedback, and content updates
• Provide streamlined grading and assessment tools that reduce administrative burden
