The Vendor is required to provide for a consortium platform enabling students to access external online courses, support retention, enable credit transfer, streamline enrollment, and expand revenue through shared course offerings.
- Platform capabilities and services:
• A cloud-based, secure consortia course sharing platform through which agency students can browse, register for, and complete online courses offered by partner institutions in the network.
• A course catalog and discovery tool enabling academic advisors and students to identify available partner courses, course descriptions, syllabi, credit hours, and academic calendar dates.
• A fully managed consortium agreement framework enabling agency to participate as both a home institution (enrolling students in partner courses) and a teaching institution (offering agency courses to the network).
• Automated or streamlined financial transaction processing between agencies and teaching institutions, including tuition sharing, billing, and reporting functionality.
• FERPA-compliant data handling across all student records shared between agency and partner institutions.
- Support and account management services:
• A dedicated partner success manager or account representative assigned to agency, responsible for ongoing relationship management, strategic support, and issue resolution.
• Onboarding and implementation support for agency administrators and staff, including training, documentation, and technical setup assistance.
• Regular account reviews and reporting on platform utilization, student outcomes, and financial performance.
• Reporting and analytics tools for institutional administrators, including enrollment and registration data by term, student completion and success rates, financial reconciliation reports, and network level benchmarking data.
