The Vendor is required to provide for a cloud-based software solution with the ability to track field personnel while on patrol.

- Its primary use will be for real-time tracking of safety personnel, dispatching, scheduling, incident reporting, and modernizing other field operations managed by the safety division.
- Shall:
• Implement the System and provide the deliverables described herein.
• Provide development, QA/test, stage, and production environments.
• Integrate the System with County’s existing Data and Computer systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, MediaValet, Google Analytics, Siteimprove, UserWay, and FormAssembly.
• Begin to Implement the System within 14 days after the Contract is executed.
• Provide County with one-on-one coaching calls, and continued support to maximize use and value of software.
• Provide the County with a Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and security monitoring.

• Guard tracking map – the ability to track our shift leads, mobile and agency team members while on patrol.
• Dispatching our team members through our safety dispatch center in a way that is more cohesive and accurate.
• Reducing redundancy, we are currently having with our existing systems.
• Scheduling platforms that can be seen by safety personnel. The platform must be user friendly (easy to read) and automatically update once a change is implemented.
• Allows for more direction and accountability though location plotting and check points at designated locations.
• Safety and security equipment tracking and inventory system.
• Accessibility to a writing module that allows for more thorough documentation and report review.
• This must be a cloud-base support program where all information recorded in the system will be saved. This will include employees’ schedules, vehicle information and vehicle tracking, calls received information and dispatch times. Inventory of safety and security equipment. Daily backups (encrypted) and stored off-site will be required at no additional charge to the county.
• Users should be able to use the application in portrait vs. Landscape mode, desktop view, and various versions, sizes and types of tablet and mobile phones.
