Digital Infrastructure Strategy and Tower Development System

The Vendor is required to provide to be a preferred tower developer within the Township to implement a digital infrastructure strategy, including the planning, design, and deployment of a tower-based network supporting fixed wireless broadband, wireless communications and advanced telecommunications services.
- The primary goal is to achieve 100% broadband coverage across the township, prioritizing public safety, underserved residential areas and critical municipal zones. This project must be data-driven, utilizing our existing township-wide signal measurements to ensure that new infrastructure addresses current "dead zones" efficiently.
