The Vendor is required to provide enterprise asset management (EAM) environment and exploring potential solutions to better support asset management, work order management, preventative maintenance, inventory, fleet, facilities, parks, streets, storm water, traffic, inspections, reporting, and related operational functions.
- Asset and maintenance management environment is supported by a combination of systems and tools, including but not limited to beehive, faster, GIS-related tools, caselle, spreadsheets, paper-based processes, and other departmental or supporting applications.
- Tools support current operations, the town is seeking information from the vendor marketplace to better understand available EAM software solutions, implementation considerations, mobile field capabilities, GIS integration, work order functionality, asset lifecycle tracking, preventative maintenance, inventory management, reporting capabilities, and opportunities to streamline workflows across departments.
