The Vendor is required to provide Record management software for the department
- Provide agency software access (electronic death investigation and record management software), data migration, and technical support services to justices of the peace (JPS) and medical examiners (MES) for the centers program.
- Software suite designed for the modern medicolegal office, offering comprehensive case information support and record management.
- System agency, conduct the following activities:
• Identify a primary point of contact for contracted activities.
• Attend regular virtual meetings with act principal investigators (PI) and program team to discuss current program activities. System agency and grantee will determine the schedule.
• Work with state justices of the peace (JPS) and medical examiner (MES) to create agency accounts to electronically complete death investigations.
• Provide agency trainings to JP and me offices to explain how to complete death investigations and offer technical support. Host ADHOC trainings, as needed.
• Provide data migration technical support to JPS and MES who transition to agency from a different electronic death investigation software.
• Contact JPS and MES who already have agency to complete a warm handoff and offer to provide system agency with access to current account.
• Provide system agency with state unintentional drug overdose reporting system (SUDORS), national violent death reporting system (NVDRS), and base agency access to view death investigations. Toda will receive multiple logins based on number of staff members who need access.
• Provide monthly enrollment numbers to determine how many JPS and MES enrolled with agency.
• Provide monthly invoices on how much funding has been used. Provide a monthly utilization report for system agency to track statewide utilization.
