The Vendor is required to provide a cloud-based enterprise multichannel communications and engagement platform to support email, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Functional Capabilities:
• Multi-channel messaging: email, SMS, push/in-app, web overlays.
• Campaign orchestration: journey builder, triggers, scheduling.
• Personalization & automation: dynamic content, rule-based workflows.
• Audience management: segmentation, suppression, consent tracking.
• Analytics & reporting: real-time KPIs, A/B testing, dashboards.
• Template management: drag-and-drop editor, HTML editor, brand kit.
- Technical & Hosting Requirements:
• Be a cloud SaaS solution with country based hosting and storage.
• Be encrypted in transit and at rest. University-owned data, including contact, engagement, campaign analytics, and associated metadata cannot be processed outside of the country.
• Include azure SAML 2.0 support with role based access control.
• Have 99.9% uptime SLA; documented disaster recovery plan.
• Support DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for subdomains.
• Support secure data exchange mechanisms, including API-based integrations and secure file transfer (e.g., SFTP) for batch data synchronization.
• Provide documented APIS and integration tooling to support future integrations.
• Have specific IP and port source and destinations if integrating into any on premise solutions.
• Retain audit logs for access and networking for minimum of 12 months, accessible to the university upon request.
