Digital Portfolio Curation Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a digital portfolio platform which will serve agency high school students throughout the district
- To do so effectively, the division requires a dedicated digital portfolio curation platform that supports students in documenting their learning journey, curating evidence aligned to Graduate Profile competencies, and presenting their work in a polished, shareable format at the time of their defense and beyond.
- Student Portfolio Creation and Curation
• Allow students to collect and organize multimedia artifacts (documents, video, audio, images, external links) into a personal digital binder or archive
• Support the curation of selected artifacts into a polished, outward-facing portfolio or presentation
• Align artifacts to competencies and skills defined by the school Opportunity Ready Graduate Profile
• Enable student reflection and narrative writing alongside curated evidence
• Provide a shareable portfolio URL suitable for use in post-secondary applications, scholarship submissions, and career exploration
- Educator Tools and Workflow Support
• Allow teachers and administrators to create structured learning spaces, milestones, or guided portfolio tasks for students
• Support competency tagging, rubric alignment, and feedback/annotation on student work
• Provide a presentation or defense mode that supports student-led conferences and panel defenses of learning
• Allow educators to monitor student progress and portfolio completion status through a dashboard or reporting interface
• Enable class/cohort-level management of portfolio assignments and deadlines
- District Administration and Compliance
• Provide district-level administrative tools for managing rostering, permissions, and reporting
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with school existing identity management system
• Integrate with school Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS) for rostering and artifact import
• Ensure student data privacy and security in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and state student data privacy laws
• Provide district-level analytics and insights on student participation, completion, and competency evidence
- Student Portability and Longevity
• Student work and portfolios must persist and remain accessible beyond a student's enrollment at agency (graduation portability)
• Students must be able to export or transfer their portfolio independently
