The Vendor is required to provide to contract solutions, which includes spend analytics, esourcing solution, procurement project, and savings/benefit tracker, intake and orchestration for source-to-contract, and contract lifecycle management.
- Enhanced dashboard capabilities will offer tailored, user-friendly views, and the ability to ingest ad-hoc datasets for flexible, on-demand analysis. An integrated feedback process will continuously refine data quality, classification, and reporting to ensure the tool evolves with organizational needs.
- The tool will also generate strategic insights and predictive forecasting to inform decision-making and optimize sourcing strategies.
- eSourcing Solution:
• An eSourcing solution is a digital platform that streamlines and standardizes the end-to-end sourcing process, enabling efficient supplier engagement, evaluation, and award decisions. It automates the RFx lifecycle (RFP, RFQ, RFI) through structured workflows, standardized templates, and centralized response coordination.
