The Vendor is required to provide to establish a fully accessible certification portal that will allow operators to submit documentation and for state to review documentation and track the status of the certification process.
- Tasks
1. Planning and development (upon contract execution until portal is launched)
• Work collaboratively with state and other partners to develop portal.
• Develop and implement trainings and training guides for state staff on how to use the portal.
• Create training materials for operators on how to use the portal.
• Ensure portal aligns with all information security and accessibility requirements.
• Portal must be live as soon as possible, no later than 6-months after contract effective date.
2. Launch (from the date the portal is launched and the three months following launch)
• Host live training sessions for operators at least once a month for three months after the portal launches.
• Post on-demand, fully accessible training videos and guides.
• Monitor for any technical issues.
• Incorporate updates and feedback from state and operators into portal system.
3. Maintenance (beginning three months after portal launch through end of contract)
• Host quarterly live trainings for operators on utilizing the portal.
• Monitor for any technical issues and address issues as they arise.
• Regularly test the functionality of the portal.
• Regularly conduct surveys of users to determine any needed updates.
• Incorporate updates and feedback from state and operators into the portal system.
