The Vendor is required to provide administrative services digital asset management tool to the county.
- Provide on webdam as its Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution to store and share marketing materials, branding assets, and media files across all county departments.
- This project aligns with the County’s initiative to modernize administrative services and enhance digital infrastructure, ensuring continuity and efficiency in county-wide communications and marketing efforts.
- Solution is the selection and implementation of a new DAM platform that provides:
• An intuitive, organized user interface.
• Robust metadata and tagging capabilities.
• Efficient storage, categorization, and search functionality.
• Secure internal and external file sharing, including public access options.
• Integration with existing tools such as Adobe Suite, Hootsuite.
- Benefits of the solution include:
