Cross Systems Monitoring and Audit System

The Vendor is required to provide the Court with information and interest from vendors to assist the Court with solutions regarding the availability of a platform to monitor and audit policy and process activities across systems, applications and users, and when an application’s audit logs do not exist, are not sufficient, or disjointed.
- Platform that will provide Court HR, Legal, Compliance and Cyber Security users with a tool to monitor adherence to policies and processes, ability to audit and extract evidence of the performance of those policies, processes and controls as well as identify deviations from those.
- The platform will support the Court’s innovation goals and help Court staff:
• Define controls, policies and processes based on behaviors observed.
• Transform policies, processes and controls into system, application and user actions.
• Effectively monitor policies, processes and controls across systems, applications and users all in a single space.
• Facilitate faster, more accurate and less intrusive audits and investigations.
• Document admissible evidence for policy violations.
• Reduce manual steps by providing a flexible and indexed search for all activity surrounding a key identifier such as user ID, account number, case ID and more.
