The Vendor is required to provide Legal team currently manages legal intake, request tracking, workflow coordination, and operational reporting through decentralized and largely manual processes, including email, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, and verbal requests.
- The increasing volume and complexity of legal matters, combined with limited staffing resources, has created operational inefficiencies, reduced visibility into workload demand, and increased compliance and operational risk associated with inconsistent intake and tracking processes.
- Provide to modernize legal service intake and matter management operations through implementation of a centralized cloud-based software solution capable of supporting structured intake, workflow routing, matter tracking, reporting, and AI-assisted automation capabilities.
- Solution will initially support the agency Legal team as a pilot implementation, with the potential for future expansion to additional legal or operational functions.
- Provide a solution that improves operational efficiency, provides measurable reporting and dashboard capabilities, supports business planning and demand management activities, and reduces reliance on manual and email-driven workflows.
