The vendor is required to provide business and administrative system support (bass) services on an as-needed basis, providing one or more services as defined by project-specific requirements, including project management, business process optimization, and functional and technical support for enterprise systems.

• Customer relationship management (CRM) configuration, integration, and administration (salesforce, dynamics)
• Student information system (SIS) implementation, upgrade, integration, and optimization
• It service management (ITSM) platform deployment and workflow automation (service now)
• Accessibility evaluation and compliance support services
2. Data, analytics and reporting
• Business intelligence (bi) platform deployment and dashboard and report development (PowerBI, tableau, oracle analytics)
• Predictive analytics including predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis
• Master data management (MDM), data governance and data quality improvement initiatives
• Guidance on multi-vendor engagements and enterprise data management practices
3. Specialized business administrative support
• Grants and sis optimization and integration
• Budgeting, planning and forecasting system implementation and enhancement
• Procurement and eProcurement implementation and modernization
• Contract lifecycle management (CLM) system implementation and optimization
4. Infrastructure, hosting and implementation support
• Project planning, scheduling and execution support for infrastructure and hosting initiatives
• Quality assurance and testing across the project lifecycle, including test strategy development, execution, validation and defect tracking and resolution
5. Security, compliance and risk
• Governance, risk, and compliance assessment, remediation planning, and audit readiness
6. Program and project governance
• Project management office (PMO) design, implementation and governance
• Operational process improvement and agile project delivery framework enablement
• Portfolio and initiative management, including prioritization, resource planning and risk management
• Stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and reporting.
