The Vendor is required to provide document signing software to allow users to electronically sign, send and manage documents.

• Software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform should allow users to electronically sign, send, and manage documents.
• SaaS platform should provide an efficient way for supervisors to sign motions, 3rd party agreements and other documents requiring signatures
• Documents to be signed will include waivers of service, releases of information, affidavits of direct payments, paternity affidavits, financial affidavits, motions and stipulated agreements
• SaaS platform should provide effective and efficient way of obtaining and tracking receipt of signatures including date and time.
• SaaS platform should allow for redirection at no to little cost if a document needs to be rerouted to another individual such as in cases where the individual that is the responsible party has power of attorney designee due to incapacity that was not previously known.
• SaaS platform should allow for a capacity of 4,000-6,000 signatures for the duration of the contract.
• SaaS platform or document signing software must be fed ramp compliant.
• Fed ramp establishes the standard for the government to assess and authorize the security of cloud services, which is how these documents are managed.
• The software shall be compatible with adobe and Microsoft documents.
