The Vendor is required to provide learning management and experience software platform for include:
- Product features, capabilities and performance
• Demonstrate prior expertise implementing modern, scalable LMS and LXP solutions for diverse organizations, highlighting public sector clients or those similar to the town.
• Show successful deployment of features such as SCORM/XAPI content hosting, third-party content integrations, compliance tracking, and AI-driven learning recommendations.
• Document ability to manage complex learning operations, including certifications, licenses, and continuing education within similar sized municipalities or public entities.
• Experience with blended learning solutions and automated learning plan management.
• Share current contracts.
• Completed commercial and governmental contracts.
• Including expertise of learning management, particularly in public sector.
• Understanding and approach to address town’s needs.
• Credentials of personnel to be assigned to the town.

• Product architecture and scalability, including support for proprietary content hosting, integration with major content providers, and robust content lifecycle management.

• Features for managing certifications, licenses, renewals, audit trails, and compliance dashboards.
• Showcase capabilities for blended learning paths, automated notifications, and dynamic plan adaptations based on user progress and skills.
• Document customer support levels, onboarding, training, and ongoing service commitments.
• Conveyance of a willingness to work with town staff to maximize resources.
• The ability to satisfactorily convey, via the completeness and responsiveness of their proposal, a depth of understanding of the scope of work and the firm’s capacity to accomplish it successfully.
