The Vendor is required to provide data migration tool for include:
• Single tech stack solution and data management platform to manage all unstructured data both on-prem and in the cloud
• Designed for enterprise customers with a very easy to deploy, scale out architecture, fully automated end-to-end migrations with cutover, iterations, and reporting.
• Transparent tiering that allows DPW to move data seamlessly without disrupting end user access, avoiding vendor lock-in, and enabling full file accessibility from both the source and the tiered to destination
• Support governance reviews, legal holds, and compliance audits and reporting on data access activity, changes, and user behavior.
• Transparent to users and applications without any changes in paths or workflows.
• Identifies cold or infrequently accessed files and moves only the data to the cloud and leave behind a stub that points to the cloud tiering location.
• The ability to move old data from on-prem to deep archive tiers immutable storage in the cloud. • solution must have the ability to identify and confine sensitive information
• Cloud tiering strategy is that processing the cold data does not put stress on your high-performance on-premises storage.
• Tiering along with all of its metadata moves to the new tier on NTFS extended attributes or POSIX ACLS, ability to move the file and all of its associated metadata with high fidelity and rehydrate it back into its exact original form if needed.

• Perform global search for data across the entire data estate and across all storage vendors, from on-premises to the cloud
