• Review and produce real time reports and data analytics.
• Sync with and interact with current and industry leading external vendors (ex. point of sale, catering, temperature control and food distributors).
• Manage commissary kitchen production environment.
• Enhance a waste management program.
• Operate in a cloud-based environment.
