The Vendor is required to provide for parking and revenue control system (PRCS) maintenance at the Airport.
- Supply a maintenance technician on-site, who will be the primary contact and will communicate directly with board third party parking contractor.
- This technician must provide 40 hours/week of maintenance support for the PRCS.
- This technician will generally work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, however work hour adjustments may be needed at board request to support the system with minimal downtime to board customers.
- Provide any/all background verification performed on technician.
- Provide preventative, routine and emergency maintenance services. These services include inspection testing, necessary adjustments, lubricating and cleaning of parts as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
- Maintain the PRCS at optimum performance levels at all times.
- Emergency services includes inspections and necessary tests to determine the causes of equipment or software/firmware malfunction or failure. Emergency repair services must be provided on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) days per week basis, including holidays. Emergency services occurring within the normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays
- Must guarantee a two (2) hour on-site response time during non-business hours.
