The Vendor is required to provide transition from the department non-SDWIS data platform (sentry) to agency safe drinking water information system (SDWIS) state application suite, herein referred to as “the project” or “project.”
- Review and analyze the SDWIS suite of applications, discussing how the applications work and which applications will best suit office business practices.
- Integrate cloud hosted environments with Microsoft entra id for single sign on (SSO) functionality.
- Result in a successful data migration of office legacy data (where applicable) to SDWIS state.
- Prepare and provide training for staff on using SDWIS products.
- Integrate several department applications currently integrated with sentry with SDWIS.
- Provide 720 hours of support for the initial first year of SDWIS state implementation and provide 360 hours of support for subsequent years.
- Support hours may be provided at a mutually agreed upon set price per hour.
