The Vendor is required to provide faculty activity reporting and academic affairs management platform to support faculty portfolio management, faculty reporting, applications, applied learning, institutional workflows, IRB processes, and related administrative functions.
- The solution must integrate with existing campus systems, including banner, bright space, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Requirement:
• Faculty reporting module which contains teaching, scholarship, service, and background modules for the faculty to update and maintain their portfolios.
• Customizable workflows and approval levels.
• Course evaluations and surveys with customizable questions and a rating scale.
• Create rubrics with traits, customizable questions, and a rating scale.
• Customizable start and end dates for reviews and course evaluations that only authorized administrators have access to.
• All historical data.
• Able to upload files, i.e., docx, xlsx, pdf.
• Must have an application module where we can create our custom applications, i.e., grant/incentive/award applications, course applications, and institutional applications.
• Applied learning module for internships.
• IRB module to submit research protocols.
• Integrate with our LMS (bright space) and our SaaS (banner).
• Software must also use single sign on (SSO).
• Support and maintenance for the length of the contract.
• Modifications requested and completed if deemed necessary.
• The ability to send out notifications electronically, such as email.
• Current VPAT demonstrating the accessibility of the proposed solution.
