The Vendor is required to provide for the supply, implementation, and maintenance of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
- The CMMS software will at a minimum assist in preventative maintenance, work orders, asset inventory, and risk prioritization, asset record reporting for agency, customizable inspection forms and fleet management for the sewer district.
- The software vendor is required to set up the program and provide a turnkey solution.
- Expected Software Capabilities
• Intuitive user interface for both the web-browser view and mobile application view
• Integrates directly with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal and ArcGIS Online map services with ESRI
• ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Indoors, and the ArcGIS Utility Network
• Interface with other software via web services and a published API
• Capable of scanning code 128, QR code, and code 39 type barcodes on assets
• Customizable forms for inspections, work orders, and data entry task. Forms should be customizable with little or no coding required.
- Mobile Application
• CMMS software accessible via a mobile device (tablet or phone) running on iOS or Android operating systems
• Create new work orders in the field
• Allows supervisors to redirect work orders to different staff from the field
• Provide a map within the application for visual reference of asset locations
• Allows for disconnected use of the application when cellular coverage is not available. The data automatically syncs when back in data range.
- Asset Inventory
• Manage any type of asset
• Wastewater network features (gravity sewers, force mains, catch basins, manholes, CSO outfalls)
• Storm water network features (swales, conduits, culverts, catch basins, manholes, MS4 outfalls)
• Water distribution network features (mains, valves, hydrants) including the ability to track open/closed position of valves
