The Vendor is required to provide a fixed, workstation-based passport photo capture system to produce passport compliant images through controlled hardware, and automated validation.
- Requirements:
• Eliminate handheld or variable capture methods
• Standardize environmental conditions
• Enforce compliance in real time
o Head size and position
o Eye alignment
o Background uniformity
o Exposure and lighting
o Automatic rejection of non-compliant images
o Auto-formatting to 2x2 passport standard
• Produce uniform, repeatable outputs regardless of operator
• Images sent to employees’ (2) workstations
• 2” x 2” images printed by employees on photo paper
- Turnkey passport photo capture system, including:
• Equipment (camera, lighting, enclosure, printer)
• Software (real-time compliance validation)
• Installation and configuration
• Training for city staff
• Warranty and support plan (minimum 1 year with an option to renew)
