The Vendor is required to provide, configure, and support a comprehensive enterprise telecommunications solution that enables reliable, secure voice communications across all district facilities and school sites.
- The phone refresh project will be a turnkey solution, with all services necessary to implement it, including, but not limited to, planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, project management, calling, and quality control.
- All equipment or supplies offered shall be new, currently in production, of the manufacturer's latest design, unless otherwise stated, and fully eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty and shall not be subject to near-term end-of-sale or end-of-support risk.
- Responsible for supplying all required equipment, software, licensing, implementation services, training, warranty coverage, and professional services necessary for a successful deployment.
- Solution must support 53 district facilities, including campuses and administrative buildings, with scalability options for future growth.
