The Vendor is required to provide for Student Information System Software.
- Provide for 24/7/365 (24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year) customer support online or using a toll-free phone number.
- Provide detailed information for its student information solution, including, as applicable, its website URL, product specifications, features and functions, etc. Information must clearly describe and/or illustrate the user experience. As applicable, indicate the features and functions included in the standard product, as well as any optional features or functions.
- Solution must be able to be installed and set up for full-function use by all users in no more than eight (8) hours at any time of day including weekends.
