The Vendor is required to provide Medicaid enterprise systems pharmacy benefit services to obtain best value and achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.
- The resulting master agreement contract(s) will participating entities with access to Medicaid enterprise systems pharmacy benefit services.
