The Vendor is required to provide for an innovative educational online special education programs tracking platform Respondent that combines the latest technology with expert knowledge and experience to put time-saving data management tools in the hands of educators which track compliance and services provided to students in special education, Section 504, RtI/MTSS (Response to Intervention / Multi-Tiered System of Supports), and Emerging Bilingual (EB).
- The platform will include recurring licensing so that as one student is released, another student will be assigned to that license during the contract period
- Tracking system must automatically calculate instructional arrangements and speech codes for Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) reporting;
- Tracking system must include an automatic report generator with the ability to customize reports;
- Tracking system must have compensatory services tracking and reporting.
- Tracking system must have the ability to upload and integrate into the system evaluations and other records written outside of the system;
- Tracking system must allow documentation of meetings held for special education, Section 504, EB, and MTSS;
- Tracking system must be able to integrate products for special education, Section 504, EB, and MTSS;
- Tracking system must be able to track all aspects of MTSS (i.e., referrals, teacher input/feedback, target goals, interventions, Tier levels, etc.)
- Tracking system must allow for program updates;
- Tracking system must have End-of-year Rollover abilities;
- Tracking system must allow for error correction;
- Tracking system must have a helpdesk ticket system support;
- Tracking system must provide telephone/email support;
- Tracking system must have web-based support;
- Must comply with all relevant state and federal statutes.
