RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide from suppliers for the purchase of a multi-column chromatography system called SMB.
- Required items
1. Minimum specifications:
• Phoenix pilot SMB system (base unit called multi column chromatography system)
• Valve block inlet and outlet: >6 with the total dead volume <5 ml
• Column connection: 8
• Flow rate: 100 ml/min (×2 peek pumps) and 300 ml/min (×2 peek pumps)
2. Add ons:
• Inline dad (UV/VIS) detector (200-800 nm)
• Inline PH and conductivity detector
• Sensor monitoring software.
