The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive concrete solution for include:
- Concrete installation
• Construction of sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, and ADA-compliant ramps
• Installation of driveways, parking lots, and concrete slabs
• Installation of curb and gutter systems
• Construction of retaining walls, where specified
• Forming, grading, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete
• Installation of reinforcement (rebar, wire mesh) as required
- Concrete repair and replacement
• Saw-cutting, removal, and disposal of damaged concrete
• Patching, resurfacing, and leveling of existing surfaces
• Crack repair, including routing and sealing
• Correction of trip hazards and settlement issues
• Full-depth replacement of deteriorated sections
- Concrete maintenance
• Inspection and condition assessment of concrete infrastructure
• Cleaning, including pressure washing
• Application of sealants and protective coatings
• Preventative maintenance to extend service life
- Additional services
• Traffic control and pedestrian safety measures as required
• Site preparation, grading, and subgrade compaction
• Coordination with city staff to schedule work
• Emergency or expedited repair services when requested
• Restoration of disturbed areas.
