The Vendor is required to provide commercial doors, video intercoms, public address system for include:
1. Head-end equipment, located in the office shown:
• Wall- or floor-mounted equipment cabinet (approximately 6ru) with rack kit; rack-mounted mixer amplifier with at least three inputs and minimum 60 watts output, with 70v/100v distributed-line speaker outputs; desktop gooseneck paging microphone; and auxiliary line-level input for connection of an external audio source.
2. Speaker assemblies (approx. 8):
• Surface-mounted baffle and enclosure speaker assemblies (approximately 8-inch, transformer-tapped for 70v distributed line) at the locations shown: corridors (3 locations), stairwell, gymnasium, cafeteria and multipurpose room, kitchen, and program and meeting room.
• Final quantities and exact placement to be verified in field.
3. Paging horns (approx. 4):
• Supplemental high-output paging horns at the corridor, stairwell, and gymnasium locations indicated, tapped to achieve intelligibility over ambient noise in those spaces.
4. Wiring and infrastructure:
• All speaker cabling, raceway, terminations, and mounting hardware for a complete and operable standalone system.
• The owner has not surveyed existing wiring pathways; vendors shall verify conditions at the pre-quote site visit and include all required infrastructure in their firm-fixed price.
• Assume owner furnished infrastructure beyond a standard 120v outlet at the head-end location.
5. Closeout:
• System programming and tap-setting, commissioning including the intelligibility verification in c.3, owner training ([2] hours), and as-built documentation including a speaker location plan and wiring diagram.
