S40 Utility Monitoring System

The Vendor is required to provide s40 utility monitoring system includes new and replacement meters, housings, and communication pathways using contractor-provided wireless communication from individual facilities to contractor's cloud-based storage system.
- The cloud-based information management system includes historian, monthly reporting, and query functions for consumption by utility, by building, by reimbursable status, and by meter across varying time ranges.
- Alerts for missing consumption or inactive communication that are also compiled into a monthly report.
