Fixed Asset Inventory Scanner and Control Solution

The Vendor is required to provide fixed asset inventory scanner and control solution system office–level administration, configuration, and governance, while enabling downstream adoption and operation by individual colleges under a unified technical, security, and data framework.
• Hardware: rugged, enterprise-grade handheld asset inventory scanning devices running android enterprise (preferred) or equivalent supported operating system, with:
o Long battery life suitable for full inventory shifts
o Enterprise-grade WI-FI connectivity
o A supported accessory ecosystem (chargers, cradles, holsters, batteries, and protective accessories)
• Software: asset scanning application and middleware enabling offline and online data collection, validation, reconciliation, secure transfer, and upload into colleague and banner.
• Integration: pre-built or configurable integration connectors and processes shall be provided for both colleague and banner, aligned with college data models and capable of concurrent multi-entity deployment without custom development per college.
• Services: implementation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, project management, cutover support, ongoing maintenance and support per SLAs.
• Security and compliance: controls consistent with college policies, state statutes, and the terms and conditions provided in replacement.
• Support: warranty, break/fix, software updates and upgrades, help desk with defined response and restore targets.
• Scalability: contract enabling entity level participation, incremental ordering, and tiered pricing options.
