Developer Partner Services

The Vendor is required to provide developer partner services of a development firm/team experienced in the development application and implementation process for affordable housing as well as other housing finance vehicles and leveraging of funds to build elderly housing.
• Preparing all applications requirements for any and all funding needed for development.
• Preparing the master plan for development, including, but not limited to, site design and overall infrastructure engineering, supervision, architectural renderings, and construction.
• Conducting a market analysis and return on investment analysis to determine the right mix of units and the investment required, and the likely impact of the development in its proposed township or borough.
• Preparing and assisting agency in securing necessary funding for the development project
• Preparing, as necessary, the mixed finance plan(s), and securing the most advantageous investor and equity partner(s); creating a vision for the project(s).
• Securing necessary permits and approvals for the development of the project(s).
• Developing the rental-designated units and
• Assisting in the timely securing of necessary H UD approvals of the revitalization plan.
