The Vendor is required to provide of parking system products, installation service, maintenance and repairs.
- The parking facilities are operated twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week, year-round.
- Service/Maintenance shall be performed On-Site, to include all labor and travel, for repairs, cleaning and servicing of equipment.
- Must be able to respond to emergency calls (nights, holidays and weekends) as needed by agency. Vendor's response time including nights, weekends and holidays, shall be four (4) hours via telephone and twenty-four (24) hours for on-site service.
- Maintain sufficient inventory to provide next day delivery, including weekends, if necessary. For part(s) orders placed by 2:00 p.m., delivery shall be expected, next day seven (7) days a week.
