Progress and Financial Monitoring Software

The Vendor is required to provide progress and financial monitoring software license to utilize for monitoring approximately $2 million dollars in grant funds that the department.
- Grantee progress reports (GPR), one-off reports, and unlimited surveys
• Collect, record, and compile all GPR data.
• Progress reports can be built by agency or the contractor can build them at no extra charge. Progress report questions can change from report to report, and questions can be targeted to individual programs and groups of programs.
• Issue an unlimited number of surveys to program staff during the year, collecting anything from one-off metrics to files for social media campaigns.
• All report and survey submission pages are mobile responsive.
• Build a thriving learning community among program directors, capturing and sharing program leadership and management strategies and resources.
• E-mail and text program staff and any other populations of people.
• Includes reporting for both and volunteer generation fund (VGF) programs (no cap on program numbers).
- Financial reporting
• Financial reporting system aligned with agency requirements (budgets and periodic expense reports).
• Includes reporting for both VGF programs (no cap on program numbers).
- Timesheets and member files
• Member file management with unlimited storage.
• Compliant timesheet completion, approval, and reporting.
• Timesheet completion pages are mobile responsive across all operating systems and browsers.
• Access the mobile application when it goes live (android and iOS).
• E-mail and text members.
• File review and desk audit accounts for state volunteer commission staff.
• Electronic document signing for members.
- Implementation consulting and ongoing support
• 8-10 hours of live, one-on-one web-based training.
• Sessions are recorded for future staff members.
• Unlimited additional one-on-one sessions are always available.
• Production of customized setup and training materials for program staff (handouts, PowerPoint slides, and training videos).
• Unlimited e-mail and phone-based support for program staff.
