The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive mobile services solution, including mobile phones for employees and a structured data plan that adequately meets the institution's operational needs.
- The provision of a comprehensive mobile services solution comprising the following:
• The supply of 550 mobile phones with required accessories.
• A structured mobile voice plan
• A structured mobile data plan
• Associated support, warranty, repair, logistics, reporting and technology refresh services for a three (3) year contract term.
- Shall include:
• Nationwide coverage across all plan tiers;
• International dialing options for applicable user groups;
• International roaming options for applicable user groups;
• Dedicated customer support (24/7 preferred; see SLA requirements);
• Scalability for increased users, pooled data, and/or pooled minutes over time.
- Clearly disclose:
• Whether allowances are pooled or per‑line;
• Any throttling, shaping, fair‑use, rollover, or hotspot restrictions;
• Overage rates (voice/data/SMS), billing increments, and any premium services charges;
• Roaming rates and/or roaming bundles, including countries/regions covered.
- Account Management, Reporting, and Billing Transparency
• A named account manager and escalation contacts;
• Monthly reporting including line inventory, usage (voice/data/SMS), roaming usage, and charges by group;
• A billing dispute process with defined timelines.
