The Vendor is required to provide environmental controls systems services for DDC (direct digital controls) which includes preventative maintenance, service, repairs, replacement upgrades, and new installation of direct digital control systems (DDC) and equipment that fully integrates into the existing town niagra4 building management system.
• This includes but is not limited to the installation, replacement, repair, service, upgrade, preventative maintenance and programming of all associated direct digital control equipment, systems, graphics and software.
• Provide on call, around-the-clock, 24/7 coverage and shall provide the department of public facilities with telephone numbers where the contractor can be contacted.
• If service is an emergency, contractor must respond by phone within one (1) hour and work must be started within four (4) hours.
• Director of public facilities or their designee prior to entering any building.
• This notification should happen in advance, unless the situation is emergency in nature.
• The minimum rate shall be the same for all call back periods and must be noted as part of your proposal.
• Employees working undergo a criminal offender record information (CORI) and sex offender registry information (SORI) record check and be fingerprinted before execution of the contract, at the contractor’s expense.
• The account manager shall serve as a systems integrator, attending design and construction meetings for automated temperature control system integration.
• The account manager must also serve as the on-site lead technician.
• Onsite lead technician will act as the town’s account manager.
