• Implement a means for classrooms to make emergency calls without physical phones.
• Implement an auto-attendant system.
• Ensure the ability to reach on-campus emergency services by dialing 911 without a prefix and complying with ray law.
• Explore cost-saving opportunities regarding our block of 1000 DIDs.
• Investigate the feasibility of utilizing wireless phones for areas where multiple phones are installed.
• Implement unity and single dial reachability for users
• Soft phone solutions utilizing teams for remote associates.
