Parking Services Software

The Vendor is required to provide and install a high-quality, fully functional, turn-key Parking Software System with training for administrators on system usage, best practices, configuration, and ongoing updates, support, and maintenance.
- The basic information for the proposed solution is as follows:
• Transfer of all files from T2 Systems
• Integrate with financial companies (Touchnet and Clearent)
• Automation between Parking Software and Banner
• Integrate with Genetec or provide another LPR system
• Entry for visitor lots using automated payments on site (pay to park options)
• The ability to purchase a permit and charge a third party, or ‘purchase’ at no charge
• Online contractor’s portal to be able to purchase permits virtually. They are not affiliated with campus and cannot access using the SSO.
• Ability to manage event parking, including the option to charge for parking at campus events
• Integration with Vivenu (Athletics Ticketing System) to allow coordination between ticketed athletic events and parking
• Integrate with ParkZen for parking guidance.
- Information Management
• Provide the ability to quickly and easily provide statistics on a variety of information
• Permit sales, revenue (permit and citation)
• The system must allow staff to easily build and customize queries for data lookup.
• This functionality should be point-and-click or menu-based, not requiring programming knowledge.
