Legislative Tracking Platform

The Vendor is required to provide commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software-as-a-service (SaaS) legislative tracking system software must comprehensive legislative and regulatory tracking, collaboration, and reporting capabilities.
- To support modernization, transparency, legislative efficiency, and accessibility, the platform must be capable of supporting end-to-end operations and workflow across both chambers of the state general assembly.
- Requirement:
• Three required readings of proposed legislation in each chamber on different legislative days.
• Committee review, subcommittee hearings, and integration of amendments.
• Chamber voting, reporting, and transmission between house and senate.
• Second chamber review, conference committees, and final passage.
